The initial Intake session is $325.00 and subsequent treatment sessions are $225.00. Couple and martial counseling is 350.00 per hour. Individual sessions are 45-60 minutes. Sliding scale fees are considered. All fees are expected at time of service which includes copayments, deductibles, and any session fees. Venmo and most credit/debit cards (3.00% fee) are accepted for payment.

PLEASE know your insurance copayment and/or deductible is a contract between you

and your insurance company. There is a 48 hour no show /cancel policy with a $200.00 fee.

Mental Health & Substance Abuse Evaluations, including Driver's License Evaluations are 350.00-500.00. If I take your insurance, I accept what they allow for payment excluding patient responsibility.
